Subject Tracking vs. Keyword Tracking
Keyword tracking and analysis have become increasingly popular in recent years as sales managers and their teams are trying to find the most effective way of closing sales. The problem with tracking keywords is that it leaves a lot of room for error.
We do things a little differently by focusing on subject tracking. All it requires is a simple click of mouse for the rep to indicate that they are discussing a subject, and the system will not only track that you discussed the subject, but it will also keep track of the duration.
